Awareness to Abolition

“Most of our ideologies are hallucinations.” Derrick Jensen

Life in the concentration camp most call civilization/society is the culture of maximum harm; ALL culture is that. And when the learned propagandists project their ideologies on those not born of the prison, they claim there is still culture, which is most certainly a lie. It seems to matter little how hard the prison works to keep us here in the zoo, captured, subjugated, addicted. We can still easily sense, without words, something is out of alignment with ideologies, systems, structures, apparatus; there is toxic pressures that permeates life in captivity. The energy exerted upon all of us to submit, accept, conform, and embrace without question nor awareness we are dominated completely by the Power that fuel this life system. It was the fundamentals of pressure, stress that created the consciousness (the book Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind argues that profound stressors created fractures that would manifest in the hallucination of consciousness) that then, I would argue bore what would manifest into something called Power; something so lost in a fury of singular(ity) focus as to marron us in time while severed ties to what is – timeless, nonlinear space, total connectivity – to an alien, dis-eased, disconnected space that screams narcissistic anxious paranoia. This is life in captivity TIC This is Civilization.

who has Power and everyone wants it. At least that is how the narrative is constructed by the dominant culture, by design. Rarely, do we questions deeply when we question deeply is one popular because most are taught that belief is what is important and to question deeply is seen as negative, skeptical, cynical, or at the worst, a nihilist. Consciousness, civilization, and psychology that is promoted in every thought here in disconnection land is toxic. There is nothing not harmful. The talking points are always the same bullshit all day everyday. Now we talk about how to talk about talking about talking about talking. Control narratives, all of which are lies. Try and see this: to frame living is a lie since stories are narratives and stories are made up lie about what is. Here is where philosophy, as worthless as it is portrayed, is powerful in showing us how full of it this system is, because in each story/narrative is CONcepts that are really symbols that TELL us the meaning. Meaning is a creation of Power. What does the “tree” mean? Do you see it? What tree? Here is where the nihilist is most dangerous and why civilization and philosophy too hate it; they negate all meaning as a lie of Power purposefully intending to dominate and control reality, so they can control us to do what they tell us to. To do their labor, their enforcement, their indoctrination, and their killing without question. The nihilist calls bullshit every step of the way with every compromise to degrees of ideology we make. Freedom does not exist, but there is a narrative that says, this is freedom, justice, life

A quote from Ellison’s Invisible Man:

“Son, after I’m gone I want you to keep up the good fight. I never told you, but our life is war and I have been a traitor all my born days, a spy in the enemy’s county ever since I gave up my gun in the Reconstruction. Live with your head in the lion’s mouth. I want you to overcome ’em with yeses, undermine ’em with grins, agree ’em to death and destruction, let ’em swoller you until they vomit or bust wide open. Learn it to the younguns.”

I understand those who see what nihilism does to our psychology, it is profoundly devastating and lends to severe despondency. Yet, is the diehard entrenchment in this domesticated trap of psychological living that allows us only to exist in that fictional consciousness. That only “I” exist through this mediated/filtered being and with that loss even for a moment of mediation, there is only despair, meaninglessness when it is itself what we sense as unmediated direct experiencing of all that is. When leaving the psychology behind, there is much more than despair, there is all that is. As Krishnamurti says, “you are the world and the world is you.” Nihilism an-nihil-ates the lies we are force feed and the lies we choke on that we feed ourselves.

How do you deal with nihilistic thoughts?

I think about that phrase ““deal with” at times, and I read and hear people ask ““How do I (we) deal with X?” I question why we have to deal with thoughts since they are premiered in a framework, a system of meaning, and interpretation of being that is simply a deception from “what is”. Nihilism- negation shows us the lies, and it’s all intentional lies. Yet, what we can see is that we are free to be all that is without filters or mediation. Thinkers like J.Krishnamurti talk about this in great detail. There is actually nothing to deal with in a sense other than seeing what conditioning does to us in addition to being in captive of civilization. What we are trained to seek is ways to better condition ourselves to the conditioning; coping skills, chemical treatments, and others. How to be a better captive. Anytime we ask how psychologically, we seek this sublimation. An awareness of what is being done to us is very painful the psychology, to thought systems constructed for us, to the the lies. A the lie fall we are trained to want immediate replacement, but there are none. We are nowhere and everywhere…free.

Going crazy trying to reconcile with the idea that life is meaningless and Nihilism is logical. How can I stop obsessing about this and go on living everyday life like everybody else, when everything seems absurd?

Is there an easy easy way to say let go…see thought for what it is…mediation, filter, narrative, language, ideology, disconnection…The Lie within the Great Lie.

Repetition is a addiction, sickness, wetiko. To judge something absurd is created by thought that says another thought must correspond to the meaning something within the structure of thought systems. Here is where the nihilist annihilates the lies and does not replace with another ideology. It is absurd to see how fucked we are? No, but it is a dedicating starkness that our molded, manicured, and domesticated psychology can not bare without profound dis-illusion.

I am an introvert, have been diagnosed with depression, and am a nihilist (part-time). How can I tease apart how much these three traits reinforce each other…if they even do?

This a fairly complex question and I don’t wish to under play that because it is probable that you are invested in the ideologies that create the terms like introvert (A colloquial psychological term), depression (another term used more formally by the institutions of psychology), and nihilism (a much maligned philosophical notion). For what it is worth, I would suggest working on seeing the lie of labels and what they are built on, significant cultural ideologies. To see yourself as something like introverted is the buy into or accept a highly questionable thought system, an ontology that is quite negatable, if you will. Nihilism negates ideology without replacing, which for us addicted to ideology, it is like shooting us and leaving us for dead; a paradigm shift without a shift, a paradigm destruction and emptiness. Psychologically (an artificial space created by disconnection) this can be the ultimate disillusionment, of course it is. When we see the lie, and it’s all a lie, every aspect of our lie collapses with it, we are left barren or are we? This is just the beginning of resistance to belief and the bullshit we blow up our asses to get through the day. For many to begin to destroy the mediated consciousness that tell us what is leads right to suicidal despair, the existential horror that all we know is differing layer of bullshit including ourselves; to see we are slaves imprisoned in industrial civilization is a tough pill to swallow; red pill or the blue pill. But what we see is there is no you, me, us in the ideological sense, no psychological being, only Being. We are connected to all that is and relate to non-psychologically, non-philosophically but instantly immediately. There are no introverts/extroverts because there are no personalities there are mere descriptors of interpretation of body signs; there is no depression in the clinical sense, but we know there is pain surviving in captivity and the immense stress that puts on us in everyday life hence way so many are profoundly damaged by it. The dis-ease is civilization, a life system that has corralled us like livestock concentration camps, domesticated us for labor, then discards us when it is finished with us. This has been repeated for several thousands of years now, but there are resistors, those that do not accept the domestication process, which all resist at a basic level, we sense it, something is very wrong and we are quickly corrected, its fine, its normal as we are lead to a slaughter house. For some, they see how truly fucked we are and they want to tell everyone, they often get that label nihilist. For them there is nothing to live by or die by, but to be aware of the lies and sublimation and work to create ruptures for greater awareness, for jouissance.

This is what the fight for social justice really is, the right to sit at the table with the other masters since we are foolish to think there is a just way to live in civilization. It’s all we have we just have to make the system more equitable so we can all buy cool stuff, we call all be masters or not murdered daily because we are vulnerable to the predatory system. Make the system nice and comfortable.

That is progress for social, economic, and health problems, fix them so we can be shinny people holding hands in unity (vomit in my mouth). Just give us more and we will be fine – that is what we are trained to think justice is, fairness. Just give us your submission and we will give you the comfort that you need. Bullshit…

Thank you Aldous…Stare into the lights my pretties

Every so-called problem is created by living here and it is when we stop lying/spinning narratives/framing/reframing and sublimating/rationalizing one can sit in the horror of life here, but that horror is another story, I mean sitting in the annihilation of this construct. To see what is happening without editorializing, writing, talking, thinking. We can see and we are experiencing without language or intellectualizing or discursive thoughts or hallucinations telling us what we are experiencing means.

This is the space for rupture, insurrection, rebellion, upheaval, abolition. The abolitionist space moves to end civilization anyway possible. This joyous space requires no how to, no what am I to do, nothing. We know what to do…

So we dance. We dance in wild passion. We dance because our lives depend on it. We dance because to dance is to live. We did do not care for those who cannot hear the music. We take pleasure in our dances and feel no shame for movements. We dance like the flame and the rain and the wind and we stop for no one. We dance like the birds in the sky, the shark in the sea, and the deer in the forest. We do not follow the script or the designated choreography of civilization. Instead we hasten in the performance inevitable conclusion of utter ruin. We make ourselves and our dancers allies to ruin, as agents of destruction. We dance to destroy civilization.

Julian Langer Feral Iconoclasm

Nihilism does not demand our allegiance, because it is not a political ideology. I am more inclined to look at it as a tendency in the true sense of the word, and to embrace it as a fluid presence in our lives that consistently asked us to negate our own ideologies, certainties, and optimistic attachments. I find any form of nihilism that gets used as an excuse to not dream, not to act, not to engage earnestly with other people to be dull – I am interested in a nihilism that ravenously digs below the surface of commonly accepted ideas, and that can help us ground our resistance in something more meaningful than tired slogans and listless strategies. I am interested in nihilism that helps us to reorient our lives away from cruel optimism and towards jouissance.

I survive in the world, but the wordless voice within, the will to live, love, and play speaks to me. I subvert the banality, disconnection, ideology, domination, propaganda, and brutality that clouds our hearts and minds and allows to think atrocity is commonplace. I am seek "honne" (Japanese for the truth) a world of "tateme" (Japanese for the surface). People do not want to see beyond the tateme. I work to see truth in sharing all transparently. TRUTH and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!!!! Here are some quotes that illuminate and stir me to reflection and working for a moral existence: "It's difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on his not understand it." - Upton Sinclair "None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free." - Goethe "There are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword. The other by debt." - John Adams "Love is an ideal, marriage a real thing; confusion of the real with the ideal never goes unpunished." - Goethe "When the past no longer illuminates the future, the spirit walks in darkness." - Tocqueville "To fear love is to fear life, and those who fear life are already three parts dead." - Bertrand Russell
